It was in 2017 that then Health Minister Satyendar Jain inaugurated fully air-conditioned dispensary in Chirag Delhi: Saurabh Bharadwaj

  • June 21, 2025

AAP Delhi State President Saurabh Bharadwaj has responded strongly to BJP MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri’s recent challenge and issued a direct rebuttal. In a sharp counter, Saurabh Bharadwaj stated that BJP MP Ramvir Bidhuri has publicly claimed the BJP government has not rebranded any AAP-era Mohalla Clinics or dispensaries as Ayushman Arogya Mandirs after mere cosmetic changes. The BJP MP went so far as to assert that if such a case is found, he will quit politics.

“I accept Ramvir Singh Bidhuri’s challenge,” declared Saurabh Bharadwaj. “I invite him to come to Chirag Delhi and see for himself how the dispensary built by the AAP government has been repainted and renamed as an Ayushman Arogya Mandir to mislead the public. Changing the name doesn’t change the truth.”

The AAP Delhi Unit Chief reiterated his willingness to show Ramvir Bidhuri the Chirag Delhi dispensary in person and reminded him of his own challenge—if even one existing health facility has been rebranded with a fresh coat of paint and a new name, the BJP MP will resign from politics. “If found Otherwise,” Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “I am the one who will have to quit politics.”

Highlighting the facts, Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “I will take him on a full tour of the dispensary in Chirag Delhi and show him that it was inaugurated in 2017 by the then Health Minister Satyendar Jain during my tenure as MLA. It is a fully air-conditioned dispensary built under the AAP government. Today, that same facility has simply been given a cosmetic makeover and renamed as an Ayushman Arogya Mandir.”

Saurabh Bharadwaj underscored the importance of this matter for the people of Delhi and insisted that a joint visit with the media must be conducted to expose the truth. “I await Ramvir Singh Bidhuri’s response. I hope he will accept this challenge from his younger brother,” Bharadwaj said, adding, “He must now inform us of the date and time he is ready to visit the Chirag Delhi dispensary with me—the very dispensary now falsely rebranded as an Ayushman Arogya Mandir by Rekha Gupta’s administration.”
